HSQEIS Coordinator

We are looking for a high-caliber HSQEIS Coordinator to join a dynamic operational team in Elliniko. In this high-impact position, you will serve as the core Process Owner leading, monitoring, and evolving integrated systems across safety, quality, environment, and information security, ensuring overall operational integrity and compliance. 

The HSQEIS Coordinator will have the following responsibilities:

• Perform assessments, produce applicable metrics, measurements, and report progress and results regarding all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain and update HSSE management systems, Emergency Procedures, inspection databases, and the Management of Change (MoC) register.
• Coordinate environmental initiatives, follow up on waste disposal contracts, collect ESG data, and issue Fire Certificates for all stations and Head Office.
• Communicate safety bulletins, flashes, and materials received from external sources to all stations.
• Conduct and coordinate HSSE and ISO training sessions, monitor CMS and local legislation, and keep contractor vetting updated.
• Participate in airport inspections, track findings to closure, and facilitate communication between Shareholders and sites to resolve operational issues.
• Support day-to-day operations, project management, manual and procedure revisions, and the preparation of annual OPEX and CAPEX plans.
• Monitor monthly OPEX/CAPEX performance versus plan.

In order to meet the requirements for the position of HSQEIS Coordinator, you should possess the following qualifications:

• University Graduated in Engineering; post graduate studies are strongly desired.
• Good Knowledge & Experience on standards (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 27001 / 50001) is strongly desired.
• Excellent command of English written & verbal.  
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%.
• 5–7 years’ experience in operation or production environment. 
• Experience preferably from a Petroleum related or Major projects related work environment. 
• People management experience will be a benefit.
• Inherent high operation and safety culture. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to build positive working relationships across operational and management contacts. 
• Methodical approach, strong organizational skills, discretion, confidentiality, and teamwork. 
• Training and coaching capabilities.
