Construction Project Manager

We are representing a prominent international joint venture involved in a landmark new airport project in Crete. This dynamic consortium is seeking a highly capable Construction Project Manager to oversee critical civil works and the installation of advanced aviation systems across multiple sites. 

For the role of Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the construction and civil works for a major new airport facility and four additional radar and sensor sites
• Monitoring subcontractor performance, strictly tracking contract obligations, and ensuring project milestones are met
• Coordinating the installation of complex electronic systems, FIR systems, and sensors
• Managing and supporting a specialized technical team operating across multiple locations
• Ensuring all civil works design and construction phases adhere to stringent quality and safety standards
• Liaising with international partners, vendors, and local stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of all infrastructure systems

For the role of Construction Project Manager, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in a project engineering or site engineering role within civil infrastructure or complex commercial construction projects.
• Solid understanding of civil infrastructure works and electronic system installations
• Excellent command of English and Greek, written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and project management software
