Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts, setting standards, reviewing deliverables, and supporting professional development.
- Own the full requirements lifecycle — from stakeholder engagement and discovery through to sign-off, delivery, and post-implementation review.
- Drive large-scale business transformation initiatives across sales, procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for C-level and senior stakeholders, translating strategic goals into actionable business and system requirements.
- Oversee the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of ERP, WMS, and related enterprise systems.
- Define and enforce BA methodologies, frameworks, and best practices across the organisation.
- Lead complex UAT cycles, change management activities, and end-user training programmes.
- Produce executive-level reports, business cases, and ROI analyses to support strategic decision-making.
- Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and lead cross-functional improvement initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing scope, risk, and delivery timelines.
