Sales Development Representative (2 months fixed contract)

Sales Development Representative (2 months fixed contract)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and emerging opportunities
• Engage with prospects through cold calling, emails, and networking to generate interest in our services
• Qualify leads through effective needs analysis and understanding client requirements
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Maintain an organized database of leads and follow-up activities using CRM software
• Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for outreach and engagement
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position the company

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or Social Sciences
• Minimum 6 months of proven experience in a telephone-based role (e.g., call center, telesales, or similar)
• Fluency in Greek (written & spoken) and good knowledge of English
• Any knowledge of any other language will be considered an asset
• Good understanding of market and business trends
• Advanced user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint
•  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
