Position Overview
As a Waiter/tress, you will deliver exceptional dining experiences through attentive, professional, and personalized service. You will ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations while maintaining the high standards of quality and hospitality expected in a boutique luxury hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to guests in restaurant and bar areas
- Prepare and serve beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and wine list
- Follow HACCP and hygiene standards
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen and the other departments
- Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
