- Work from the office in Athens in a hybrid mode

What you will be doing:
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to account management, billing, content, technical problems.
- Respond to customer questions via various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Troubleshoot technical problems customers may face.
- Help with password resets, updating payment information, and resolving issues.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French language (at least C1)
- Communicative level of English language (B2)
- Ability to work from the office in Athens or remotely anywhere in Greece (depending on the project)
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer:
- Base salary: 1100 - 1300 euros (including 2 extra salaries a year granted by a Greek law)
- Monthly Performance Bonus
- Full time fixed-term Greek contract
- Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
