Job Description
•New Customer Acquisition (40%): Identify, approach, and convert dentists who are not currently Ariston customers. Build pipeline from cold outreach, referrals, and networking.
•Dormant Account Reactivation: Systematically contact and win back dentists who stopped purchasing or declined. Diagnose why they left or declined and re-activate.
•Competitive Displacement: Target dentists currently buying from competitors. Develop value propositions that win business from the competition.
•CRM & Reporting: Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene. Log all activities, update opportunities, and participate in weekly pipeline reviews with Sales Director.
