Senior Sales Representative - Sterea Ellada & Evia

Contributes to meeting or exceeding profit targets by:
  • Implementing Sales Plans for assigned accounts / area
  • Developing & maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders at store level as the lead point of contact for all matters
  • Reporting competitor activities to maintain market awareness
  • Developing and implementing high quality individual account plans and programs built on relevant shopper and customer insights
Key responsibilities:
  • Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual and team performance targets and use all available resources to meet or exceed them
  • Develop the Customers’ Strategic plan by analysing information & opportunities, supporting customers to plan initiatives, expanding portfolio, driving growth and ensuring the required mutual profitability
  • Control the evolution of budget assigned to each customer by preparing relevant presentations and communicating the progress to relevant stakeholders
  • Execute all operational standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
  • Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting company’s values
  • Communicate product features & unique selling points to customers, keeping them updated on Mrk activities and new product launches.
  • Address customers’ needs and strengthen their connection to our brands
  • Management & Development of their team of Sales Representatives
  • Adhere to all established policies and procedures
  • Execute and maintain established Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards
  • Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum 24 months experience in sales preferably in a multinational / FMCG environment
  • University Degree will be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge of English will be considered an asset
  • MS outlook skills
