Sales Consultant (Patras)

Job Description:

• Manage, develop, and expand the existing customer base through both face-to-face and digital interactions
• Provide customer support, training, menu engineering, and tailored business solutions to chefs and foodservice professionals
• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers across Restaurants, Hotels, and QSR operators
• Develop and execute territory growth plans to achieve sales objectives
• Implement and monitor customer contact strategies while ensuring effective time and performance management
• Utilize all available touchpoints, including customer visits, cold calling, digital channels, and business partners, to maximize market coverage and generate new leads
• Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to long-term business growth

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline will be considered an asset
• 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the Food Service, FMCG, or Hospitality industry
• Good command of the English language
• Proficiency in MS Office, digital tools, and social media platforms
• Comfortable working in a culinary environment, including presentations, cooking demonstrations, product sampling, and menu consulting activities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work under pressure while adhering to HACCP and safety standards
