Business Operation Manager

Job Description

•Identify and develop new business opportunities by monitoring the local market, competitor activity, and business growth trends.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and key clients.

•Support the Sales team in developing and onboarding new clients.

•Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet the specific needs of key clients.

•Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clients with relevant and timely insights.

•Manage branch revenue and expense forecasts while supporting budget planning and growth initiatives. 

•Bachelor's degree in Finance/ Business Administration, or a related field

•Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets

•Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

•Αbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team

•Familiarity with Services is advantageous
