Role Description:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive to support the commercial growth of the company by managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and coordinating closely with internal operations teams. In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, provide freight forwarding and  logistics solutions tailored to client needs, and contribute to the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-oriented, commercially driven, and experienced in freight forwarding and logistics services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development activities
  • Handle customer inquiries related to logistics and freight forwarding services
  • Prepare and follow up on pricing offers and service proposals
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain regular communication with transportation providers and logistics partners
  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure high service quality standards
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales
  • Strong understanding of international transportation and supply chain services
  • Excellent customer service, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Fluency in English (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
