Exports Sales Executive (Β2Β)

Our client is a well-established and leading company in the industrial sector, part of a European Industrial Group, with long-standing experience and expertise dating back more than a century. The company has built a strong reputation through continuous growth, deep market knowledge, and high-quality products and services.
Over the past decade, the company has significantly expanded its export activity, strengthening its presence across the Balkan region and EU markets. As part of its ongoing growth, we are seeking an Exports Sales Executive (B2B) who will be responsible for developing sales and managing business growth in the Balkan region.
The position
The selected candidate will work at the company's offices in Thessaloniki. In case you are selected, your main duties will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing B2B customers and key accounts
- Identifying and onboarding new business partners to expand the company’s market presence
- Traveling within the assigned sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by presenting tailored solutions to both new and existing customers
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads, customer accounts, and sales
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to enhance performance
- Participating in industry exhibitions and events to represent the company and explore new opportunities
- Monitoring market trends, competitors, and providing insightful reports.
