Randstad is looking for a Medical Sales Representative (Ioannina area) on behalf of Abbott Laboratories, a global healthcare leader, to join the Diabetes Care Division.

As a Medical Sales Representative for the Abbott Diabetes Care (ADC) division, you will:

  • Achieve sales target and market share within determined territory
  • Provide scientific updates & detailing to Healthcare Professionals
  • Implement product sales strategies to increase market presence
  • Determine customer needs, develop plans specifying how products and services will meet those needs and deliver presentations accordingly
  • Communicate field information to Sales & Product Management to be used for action planning and act in close collaboration with other departments (marketing, order entry etc.)
  • Ensure strict compliance with all relevant Abbott policies & procedures

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The ideal candidate for the position of Medical Sales Representative will be expected to possess the following: 

  • University degree preferably in Science (Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry etc.), Business Administration or Economics
  • 3-5 years of field/sales experience in a multinational healthcare Industry
  • Sales Experience in Diabetes Market will be considered as a strong asset
  • Assertive, result-oriented professional with strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with strong interest in the Diabetes market & medical devices digital technologies
  • Ability to set priorities & manage multiple stakeholders
  • Very good knowledge of English (oral & written), native Greek language
  • Team player who pursues both individual & team goals
  • Ability to travel frequently within the Western Greece region and Islands
