HR Business Partner (Interim agent – 12-month contract)
The HR service provides a full range of centralised, comprehensive human resource management services for the employees of Cedefop and assists Cedefop’s management in attracting and retaining qualified employees.
Job description
The interim agent will contribute to the work of the HR with focus on talent acquisition and mapping and reegneering of HR processes, as follows:
- Talent acquisiton: drafting of vacancy notices, launching selection calls and dissemination activities, ensuring adherence to Cedefop procedures and rules, eligibility check, preparing recruitment documents, support to selection boards
- HR processes: creating an inventory and standard operating procedures for all key HR processes
- Additional tasks in the HR portfolio as may be required in the interest of service
