As a  Procurement Master Data & Governance Specialist your main responsibilities will be :

• Governance & Data Quality: Establish and enforce Group Master Data standards, codification rules, and documentation across all Business Units, proactively monitoring quality KPIs to drive corrective actions.
• Taxonomy & Analytics Enablement: Design and maintain the Procurement taxonomy and data structures to ensure spend visibility, deliver executive reporting, and power advanced Power BI analytics.
• Systems & Digital Enablement: Act as the primary business lead for Master Data tools, collaborating with Group IT to optimize digital platforms, workflow automation (AI Agents, ServiceNow), and system integrations.
• Leadership & Capability Building: Guide and mentor a team of Master Data Experts (dotted-line), providing training and support across Business Units to foster organizational data ownership.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Serve as the strategic interface between Procurement, Finance, Group IT, and Business Units, applying structured project management to drive digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate for the position of Procurement Master Data & Governance Specialist will have:

• University degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, or Engineering (Postgraduate degree a plus)
• 5+ years in Procurement Master Data Management, including governance, codification, and taxonomy implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (MM/FI) and BW functionality, with proven experience building multi-source data models that integrate ERPs, spend cubes, and management reporting KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, balancing daily operational discipline with continuous improvement and digital initiatives.
• Fluent in English
• Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills, backed by a structured, analytical mindset and sharp attention to detail.
