Requirements
- Experience of at least 3 years in similar position in 5* star hotels
- Excellent communication skills and capability to handle guest requests
- Fluency in English and one more foreign language
- Hospitality degree
- Excellent computer skills

- Leadership - Supervisory skills
Duties
- Supervise front office and housekeeping operations
- Participate in hiring, training procedures
- Monitor all front office operations
- Maintain customer service/satisfaction standards
- Perform daily room and property inspections
- Perform other related duties, as assigned
- Ensure full compliance with hotel operating controls, policies, and service standards
- Deliver financial performance as set in company budgets
