Scope of the role
We are seeking for dedicated hospitality profesionals to support the day to day operations of the F&B department.
Responsibilities
- Preparing the buffett items.
- Setting up and refiiling the breakfast buffet when needed.
- Greet guests and seat them at their table.
- Answer any question regarding the buffet items.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards ensuring that the kitchen and the restaurant are clean and tidy.
- Operate basic kitchen machinery such as warm up oven and dish washer.
- Deliver welcome amenities to the rooms.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Report to the F&B supervisor.
- Prepare and serve food, drinks and beverages on the evening shifts.
