Executive Lounge Agent

As an Executive Lounge Agent, you will be the face of our exclusive Executive Lounge and play a pivotal role in providing personalized services to our esteemed guests. Your focus will be on creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where guests can relax and enjoy a range of complimentary services and amenities. You will ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience during their stay at Conrad Athens The Ilisian.  

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service to Executive Lounge guests, anticipating their needs and consistently exceeding expectations.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Executive Lounge, ensuring a clean, inviting, and well-stocked environment at all times.
• Greet and check in guests upon arrival to the lounge, offering detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Engage with guests to gather feedback on their experience, resolving any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure premium quality and impeccable presentation of all refreshments and amenities.
• Maintain accurate records of guest visits, preferences, and special requests to tailor future experiences and foster guest loyalty.
• Support colleagues and contribute to team initiatives aimed at continuously enhancing the guest experience.
• Stay well-informed about hotel programs and local events to provide thoughtful, personalized recommendations to guests.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a guest service or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a welcoming demeanor.
