Περιγραφή

Human Factor is seeking, on behalf of a client - a company specializing in professional career development - for a B2B Sales Representative. The selected professional will be the primary point of contact for individual clients and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients (students, parents, and educational institutions) via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Provide accurate information about the company's' products, services, and educational tools
  • Record, track, and follow up on customer inquiries and support tickets through the company’s CRM
  • Guide new customers through onboarding processes and assist them in using the company’s digital platforms
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional, solution-oriented manner
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, ensuring clear and consistent communication
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve the overall customer experience
  • Gather and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for process and service improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, Education, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in customer support, client services, or account management, preferably in B2B or educational services
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and office productivity tools (MS Office /Google Workspace)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
  • Experience in customer onboarding or customer success roles
  • Exposure to SaaS products or digital learning platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and requests simultaneously in a dynamic environment
