Digital Copywriter / Web Editor (Remote)

Job Description

•Creates, edits, and maintains high-quality digital content for websites, mobile applications, and landing pages.

•Translates business requirements and customer needs into clear, engaging, and user-friendly content.

•Applies UX writing principles to improve customer journeys, usability, and content effectiveness.

•Manages large volumes of content across multiple digital channels, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

•Collaborates with designers, UX specialists, developers, product owners, and business stakeholders throughout the content lifecycle.

•Reviews, proofreads, and optimizes content to ensure clarity, readability, accuracy, and compliance with digital best practices.

•Supports translation and localization activities, ensuring content accuracy and consistency across different languages and markets.

•Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, gathering requirements and providing content recommendations.

•Leverages AI-powered tools to improve content creation workflows, productivity, and efficiency, while ensuring their responsible and effective use.

•Contributes to content governance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

•Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field will be considered an asset.

•Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in digital copywriting, web content creation, UX writing, or a related content role.

•Proven experience creating content for websites, landing pages, and mobile applications.

•Experience managing and maintaining large content inventories within Content Management Systems (CMS).

•Strong understanding of UX writing principles and user-centered content design.

•Experience with translation and localization processes.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

•Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate directly with clients.

•Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization, with the ability to demonstrate improvements in workflow efficiency and productivity.

•Strong organizational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.

•Familiarity with CMS platforms, digital publishing tools, and SEO best practices will be considered an advantage.

•Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive content principles will be considered a plus.

•Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams will be considered an advantage.

•Previous experience in digital transformation, consulting, banking, telecommunications, retail, or other digital-first environments will be considered a plus.
