Junior Warehouse Officer

Job Description

• Support the Warehouse Manager Greece in ensuring smooth daily operations of a multi-product FMCG Distribution Center, delivering high service levels and stock accuracy

• Monitor site costs, capacity planning and operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with budget and performance targets

• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization and smart warehouse initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality

• Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality (including chilled products), Security and regulatory standards, promoting a zero-accident culture and sustainability targets

• Collaborate effectively with internal functions and external partners (3PLs, transport companies, suppliers and authorities)

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related field

• Master’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or MBA will be considered an asset

• Experience in a similar role will be considered a plus

• Fluency in English

• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
