This part-time Sales Development Representative (Part Time Associate) position supports our outreach
efforts by connecting with potential clients on LinkedIn and phone calls,
nurturing early-stage relationships, and scheduling calls for the sales team.

Responsibilities
- Identify and
research high-potential prospects on LinkedIn
- Conduct calls to identify and
qualify potential clients
- Send and
Test messages to engage prospects
- Build
rapport and maintain consistent communication with potential clients
- Book calls
and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain lead forms connected
to the CRM
- Track personal
outreach performance and report weekly on progress toward KPIs
- Provide
feedback on messaging and engagement strategies to improve results
- Represent
the company professionally and positively in all interactions
- Maintain Files Structure and discipline

- Full professional proficiency
in German and English is essential
- Proficiency in LinkedIn
