Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Advertising Operations Manager to lead the execution, optimization, and performance of advertising campaigns across our digital media portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising, yield optimization, and digital publisher monetization. This role will be responsible for managing advertising inventory, ensuring flawless campaign delivery, maximizing revenue opportunities, and working closely with Sales, Product, Editorial, and Development teams to support the growth of our digital advertising business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the setup, trafficking, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns.
- Oversee ad inventory management and ad placement strategy across digital properties.
- Implement, manage, and optimize campaigns through ad serving platforms.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, delivery, pacing, and overall performance.
- Manage programmatic demand and collaborate with SSPs, ad exchanges, and monetization partners.
- Drive yield optimization initiatives and maximize advertising revenue.
- Create, analyze, and present performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, creative implementation, tracking, and campaign delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Content, Product, and Development teams to execute custom advertising solutions and special projects.
- Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in digital advertising, including Privacy, Consent Management, Programmatic Advertising, Header Bidding, and emerging ad technologies.
