Sales Consultant (Thessaloniki)

Job Description

• Supervise, evaluate, and develop the existing customer base through a multi-touchpoint contact strategy, both face-to-face and online, providing support, training, menu engineering, and tailored solutions to chefs and foodservice businesses.

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers. Develop and execute action plans to win targeted prospects within the B2B foodservice sector (Restaurants, Hotels, QSR).

• Implement and regularly update the contact strategy within the assigned area, following a structured time and performance management framework.

•  Utilize all available touchpoints (cold calling, partners, digital channels, customer visits, etc.) to communicate with customers effectively and generate new business leads.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field 

• A master’s degree in economics, Finance, Marketing will be considered an asset.

• 2–3 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within the Foodservice industry.

• Good command of the English language.

• Proficiency in MS Office, Digital Tools, and Social Media platforms

• Comfortable working in a culinary environment (presentations, cooking demonstrations, sampling, menu consulting), with the ability to work creatively and efficiently under pressure while following HACCP and safety regulations.

• Availability to travel across North Greece, including 5–6 overnight stays per month.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
