The Front Office Agent is an important member of our team, delivering thoughtful, personalized service while working closely with colleagues to create a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage check-ins, check-outs, room assignments and key cards.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in person, by phone and through other communication channels.
- Provide information about hotel services and Skiathos, and assist with transfers, taxis, car rentals and restaurant bookings.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
- Process payments and keep front desk records accurate and up to date.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including the lobby, reception desk, and surrounding areas
Requirements
- A hospitality degree or at least two years of experience in a similar role at a four- or five-star hotel.
- Excellent spoken and written Greek and English; another foreign language is an advantage.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and hotel management software; Protel experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization and multitasking skills, with a professional and discreet approach.
