German - speaking Tour Operator Representative – Rhodes - 2026

Cretan Holidays S.A. – K.Badouvas AE, one of the largest and most innovative Destination Management Companies in Greece, is currently seeking a German-speaking Tour Operator Representative for the 2026 season.

Job description:

• Welcome and assist Tour Operator guests at the airport and partner hotels
• Provide destination information and support throughout their stay
• Promote and sell excursions and car rental services
• Handle customer requests and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in a similar position (Rep / Tour Operator)
• Excellent command of German and English (spoken & written)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
• Driving license
