Περιγραφή

Senses Villas & Suites, a luxury complex in Mykonos is seeking for an experienced property/hotel manager. 


Main Responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for the daily operation of the property.
  • Supervision and coordination of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.).
  • Cash handling oversight, revenghue control and financial procedures management.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards.
  • Handle and manage reservations.
  • Leading, developing and evaluating property team.
  • Handling operational issues and guest complaints.
  • Liaising with accounting, suppliers and external partners.
  • Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance targets.
  • Ensuring a high-quality guest experience at all times.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications: 

  • Prove experience as Front Office Manager or Reservations department in a hotel.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and daily workflows.
  • Understanding of cash handling, financial controls and cost management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Familiarity with PMS, POS systems and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
