What you will do:
A self-motivated Key Account Manager who creates
leads and opportunities in order to increase company’s revenue by building long
term relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the business
development activities, including identifying potential clients, understanding
their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to drive growth.
More Specifically They:
- Organize and coordinate actions and sales
activities of the Target group: Retail, Hospitality, Re.Ca., BSC.
- Implement the annual action plan towards the
market approach for the above-mentioned TGs and its sub-categories.
- Promote leasing and rental options within the
defined Target Markets.
- Be able to promote our robotic solutions to the above-mentioned
TGs.
- Act as a trusted sales leader who can provide
advice / solution guidance to the end users.
- Achieve territory sales and gross margin targets
through strategic territory planning, business development and account
management.
- Develop and deliver (in collaboration with the
Business development of direct sales and KAMs teams) an Individual Sales Plan
that clearly defines key strategies and tactics to meet sales and gross margin
targets.
- Achieve all sales KPI’s (e.g. activity levels,
pipeline accuracy and reporting, etc.).
- Maintain accurate sales reports and customer
records in line with the Kärcher sales process, using all tools provided
(including OneView CRM).
- Gather and organize data on major competitors
per target group of its responsibility.
- Provide support to the sales team in internal
procedures and collaborate with the marketing department in creating content
for marketing campaigns.
- Participate in AK-Ws academy’s training programs
(interior or exterior) and act as trainer for other TG sales managers /channel
sales colleagues and dealers in collaboration with the colleague responsible
for trainings.
