- The Met Hotel is looking for a professional and service-oriented Doorman to join our Front Office team.
- The ideal candidate will be friendly, attentive and confident in welcoming guests, providing assistance upon arrival and departure, and contributing to a positive first and last impression of the hotel.
- Main Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
- Open doors and assist guests entering or leaving the hotel
- Support guests with taxis, transportation and general information
- Coordinate closely with Reception
- Maintain the entrance area tidy and presentable at all times
- Provide assistance to guests whenever required
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment will be considered an advantage
- Good command of English
- Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
- Friendly, polite and guest-oriented attitude
- Team spirit and reliability
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
