As a Collections Portfolio Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and optimize collection processes, ensuring efficiency, full compliance with regulations, and adherence to best practices.
• Communicate proactively with debtors to facilitate effective debt resolution.
• Analyze portfolio performance, identify trends, and forecast recovery rates to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the collections portfolio, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure all collection activities are conducted in full compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate for the Collections Portfolio Manager position has:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record in managing large portfolios and achieving recovery targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
• Very good knowledge of both English and Greek.
