Spa Therapist

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional spa treatments, including massages, facial therapies, and body treatments, tailored to each guest’s individual needs and preferences.
• Create a welcoming and relaxing environment by providing attentive, personalized service and expert wellness advice.
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully prepared, organized, and maintained in accordance with the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Guide guests in selecting suitable treatments and wellness products to enhance their overall spa experience.
• Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations and consistently high service standards.
• Monitor and maintain treatment equipment, products, and supplies to support the efficient operation of the spa.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Spa Therapist position or a similar wellness and guest service role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Certified training in massage therapy, beauty treatments, aesthetics, or other spa-related disciplines.
• Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Solid understanding of spa therapies, treatment techniques, and professional skincare and wellness products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a genuine passion for guest satisfaction and personalized service.
