Role Overview
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personalized client experience, while driving sales performance and building long-term client relationships. You will act as a true brand ambassador, confidently presenting and selling high-value jewellery pieces, and contributing to the overall success of the boutique.
Key Responsibilities
Drive individual and boutique sales, working towards and exceeding monthly targets
Deliver a refined, personalized client experience aligned with luxury standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including VIP and repeat guests
Confidently present and sell high jewellery pieces, communicating craftsmanship and brand story
Proactively engage with resort guests and convert traffic into sales
Maintain impeccable boutique standards at all times
Support stock control and ensure proper handling of high-value products
- Collaborate with the wider resort team to identify sales opportunities
Profile
3+ years of experience in luxury retail (jewellery, watches, or high-end fashion preferred)
Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving targets
Confident working with high-net-worth and international clientele
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
