Job Opening – Service Manager | Tinos Beach Hotel

Tinos Beach Hotel, a member of the Attica Group, is seeking an experienced and passionate Service Manager (F&B) to join our team on the island of Tinos.

Location: Tinos Island, Greece

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, breakfast service, and events.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain the highest hospitality standards.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop the service team.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage workforce allocation efficiently.
• Monitor and enforce health, safety, and HACCP standards.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally and effectively.
• Support the achievement of departmental quality and financial objectives.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar managerial role within hospitality or upscale restaurants.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
