Your Mission:

As our Technical Sales Specialist for Food & Meat Processing Ingredients, you will own and expand a high-value portfolio in one of the most dynamic categories of the food industry.

You will:

  • Build and grow strong partnerships with food & meat processors by offering innovative, functional and cost-efficient solutions.
  • Promote a wide range of additives such as texturizers, stabilizers, proteins, fibers, emulsifiers, antioxidants, curing systems, flavor solutions and more.
  • Identify new opportunities, lead commercial negotiations and deliver on ambitious sales targets.
  • Translate customer challenges into tailored formulations with the support of top global suppliers.
  • Provide technical guidance that enhances product quality, yield, texture, shelf life and production performance.
  • Strengthen ELTON’s footprint in the food & meat industry through strategic account development.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in B2B sales within the meat processing, food ingredients, additives or food technology industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of food or meat processing and related functional systems.
  • A natural negotiator with commercial drive, competitive mindset & customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to identify and convert market opportunities into sustainable growth.
  • Fluent in English; confident with MS Office & CRM systems.
  • Driving license & willingness to travel within assigned territory.
