ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of our client, a leading company in the tobacco industry, is looking for Commercial Finance Senior Analyst.

🖋️You will be reporting to: Commercial Finance Manager
What you will do:
As part of the Commercial Finance team, you will support business planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities while providing valuable financial and commercial insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Operations, to support strategic decision-making, evaluate investments, and drive sustainable business growth. Through data-driven analysis, you will help identify opportunities, improve performance, and support the achievement of business objectives.
More specifically:
- Support Commercial Finance Growth Manager and Head of Finance by providing high-quality information and advice to Business Units/ Cluster
- Timely Preparation and of monthly forecasting, budget & investment proposals
- Preparation of Business Cases/ Scenario Calculations with financial insights for Revenue Growth regarding New market and category launches
- Planning/ Budgeting/ Analyzing Pricing and Excise as well as Marketing Investment for Profit Growth
- Preparation of P&L variance analysis and advice on business performance
- Perform Market Analysis to provide assessments of trends and to identify indicators of possible performance issues or changes in future business activities
- Working with and supporting Country Managers to improve, automate and streamline internal processes via multifunctional projects
- Build Business and Financial acumen cross-functionally in the Organization and within Finance Team
- Business Partnering with other Senior Management on Revenue Growth and Investment Control
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- University Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Economics
- Experience in Commercial Finance is a must. Additional experience in Corporate Finance is also desirable and will be considered a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Excel/ Power Point. Power BI knowledge/ experience will be appreciated
- Partial completion of a Professional Qualification (CA/ ACCA/ CIMA/ CPA) or a Master’s Degree in Finance/ Business Administration will be appreciated
- Comfort in dealing with complex matrix structures, as well as external stakeholders
- Good influencing, leadership and interpersonal skills. Flexible leadership style to manage peers and senior stakeholders
- Story Telling: Ability to simplify complex situations and synthesise, communicate present information to different audiences
