Role Overview
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and transfers
- Escort guests to rooms and provide brief orientation
- Maintain cleanliness and order in entrance, driveway, and lobby areas
- Support Front Office with guest requests and deliveries
- Coordinate with Concierge and Housekeeping for smooth operations
- Uphold brand standards of appearance, etiquette, and guest privacy
