Randstad is looking for a B2B Sales Specialist on behalf of ZeniΘ, the 1st provider of integrated energy in Greece, with natural gas and electricity!

As a B2B Sales Specialist your duties will be the following:
- Proactively develop and maintain a portfolio of large B2B clients (industrial, commercial, and public) by promoting electricity and natural gas products in alignment with corporate strategy.
- Strictly implement approved commercial policies and sales programs to consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Manage the entire contract process, including negotiation, documentation, archiving, and monitoring compliance with terms, pricing, and warranties.
- Maintain regular contact with key accounts to assess needs and satisfaction levels, using data-driven insights to improve service and resolve complaints.
- Collaborate with leadership to define regional strategies and provide market feedback to help refine commercial policies and sales campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments to prepare timely, competitive, and compliant offers for public (ESIDIS) and private sector tender procedures.
- Partner with the finance department to monitor the timely fulfillment of client financial obligations, including credit recovery and invoicing accuracy.
- Provide reports on sales KPIs and other performance indicators to the Head of B2B Sales to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain deep knowledge of energy contract parameters to verify billing accuracy and provide expert guidance to customers on complex energy products.
- Participate in internal training, system improvements (CRM), and departmental initiatives to ensure organizational efficiency.
The ideal candidate for the position of Β2Β Sales Specialist is a professional with:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Marketing or relevant field.
- A master's degree will be considered as a plus.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Energy Market will be considered as an asset
- Computer literate (MS Office).
- Good knowledge of English and Greek language.
- Very good communication skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Very good negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Team spirit.
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Effective time management.
