Role:
We are looking for a full-time Store Manager to join our team in Spata/Airport Store. The successful candidate will support daily store operations by delivering an exceptional customer experience and representing the ANTETOKOUNBROS brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a service-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers, providing product information and personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.
- Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and inviting.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve sales targets and store objectives.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks, including restocking merchandise.
- Team-player mentality with a proactive and reliable work ethic.
- Basic POS and cash-handling skills, or willingness to learn.
