We are seeking for an experienced Sales Support & Tenders Specialist

You will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation, submission, and management of tender documents. Reporting to Operations Manager , you will work in a challenging and competitive environment, processing all procedures regarding tenders, offers and bids .

Our collaboration will be easy and productive, if you are familiar with:

  • Raising quotations
  • Handling customer requests
  • Receiving and processing purchase orders
  • Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
  • Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.
  • Maintaining good customer relations

Tenders Support:

  • Search for Tenders announcements
  • Prepare offers (technical specifications ,certificates etc.)
  • Submission /use of electronic procurement system
  • Monitoring the tender process ,check contracts , prepare documentation
  • Communicate with public authorities

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Ideal candidates for the role have:

  • Attention to Detail
  • To manage multiple tender submissions and tight deadlines.
  • Comfort with Word and Excel, PDF editors
  • Knowledge of Procurement Laws/Regulations

You will feel more confident in this position if you possess:

  • University Level Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in handling Public Tenders
  • Experience in e-procurement platforms
  • Excellent Knowledge of MS office (Word Excel, Power Point)
  • Good organizational and time management skills - Ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in both Greek & English language
