Boutique hotel in Mykonos is looking for Captain Waiter/Waitress and Assistant Waiter/Waitress for the upcoming summer season 2026.
Captain Waiter/Waitress responsibilities will include:
- Deliver warm, efficient service that maximizes guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
- Oversee the pass area, keeping it organized while ensuring tables are attended to promptly
- Respond to guest requests with professionalism and speed, ensuring a seamless experience
- Take the lead in setting up the restaurant and maintaining cleanliness throughout service
- Showcase expert knowledge of the menu to provide accurate recommendations and guidance
- Mentor and support new staff, ensuring they meet and exceed service standard
Assistant Waiter/Waitress responsibilities:
- Welcome guests
- Detailed knowledge and presentation of menu items and cooking methods
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Ensure high quality service and promote guest experience
- Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied
- Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance
- Follow all hygiene regulations and customer service guidelines
Captain Waiter/Waitress will include:

- Minimum 1 years of proven working experience in a similar position
- Experience in handling ordering information & POS systems

- Willingness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
