Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the day to day operations of the hotels and ensure smooth departmental coordination
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
• Lead and support department heads to achieve operational and financial objectives
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality
• Develop and maintain operational policies, procedures, and service standards
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and operational KPIs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hospitality standards
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Participate in strategic planning and support business growth initiatives
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience as an Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, Resort Manager, or similar senior hospitality position
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving abilities
• Financial awareness with experience monitoring budgets and operational performance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in Greek and English
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and reporting tools will be considered an advantage
