About the job
Based at Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino within the Engineering Department in Pylos, Messenia, Greece, the Painter is responsible for the operation, painting, maintenance, and repair of all hotel facilities and installations.
As a Painter, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Preparing surfaces for painting by washing walls, repairing holes, and removing old paint.
- Mixing, matching, and applying appropriate paints and other finishes to various surfaces.
- Managing, planning, and preparing work in an efficient and organized manner.
- Preparing the surrounding area by covering surfaces with cloths or plastic sheeting to prevent mess and stains.
- Responding to maintenance and repair requests.
- Understanding and complying with all company and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.

Έχοντας ως έδρα το Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, εντός του τμήματος Συντήρησης στην Πύλο Μεσσηνίας, στην Ελλάδα, ο Ελαιοχρωματιστής είναι υπεύθυνος για τη λειτουργία, το βάψιμο και τη συντήρηση και επισκευή όλων των ξενοδοχειακών εγκαταστάσεων.
Ως Ελαιοχρωματιστής, θα είστε υπεύθυνος/η για τα παρακάτω καθήκοντα:
- Προετοιμασία επιφανειών βαφής πλένοντας τοίχους, επισκευάζοντας τρύπες ή αφαιρώντας παλιά χρώματα.
- Ανακάτεμα, ταίριασμα και εφαρμογή κατάλληλων χρωμάτων και άλλων φινιρισμάτων σε διάφορες επιφάνειες.
- Διαχείριση, σχεδιασμός και προετοιμασία των εργασιών με αποτελεσματικό και τακτοποιημένο τρόπο.
- Προετοιμασία του περιβάλλοντα χώρου, καλύπτοντας με πανί ή πλαστικό για την αποφυγή ακαταστασιών και λεκέδων.
- Ανταπόκριση σε αιτήματα επισκευής.
- Κατανόηση όλων των εταιρικών και ξενοδοχειακών πολιτικών και τυποποιημένων διαδικασιών λειτουργίας.
