Guest Experience: Driver
Locations: Greece Corfu, Kos, Halkidiki, Crete | Spain Estepona, Mallorca
Duration: 7 months, between March-November
At Sani/Ikos Group, the Guest Experience department plays a key role in creating exceptional and personalized journeys for our guests. Our Guest Experience Team ensures seamless coordination of VIP transfers, professional driver services, and efficient support through the CRR team, which manages restaurant reservations and guest requests with delivering comfort, convenience, and outstanding hospitality at every touchpoint.
Responsibilities:
Transportation Services: Operate an 8-seated golf cart to transport guests within the resort premises. Follow a designated route and make stops at specified areas, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
Guest Interaction: Provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, assisting with boarding, and disembarking, and answering any questions they may have. Always maintain a courteous and professional demeanor.
Communication: Effectively communicate with guests and fellow team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Relay important information about the resort, events, and activities to guests during transportation.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and traffic regulations while operating the golf cart. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other resort employees to ensure seamless guest experience. Assist with other duties as needed during periods of low transportation demand.
About you
You have proven experience in a guest service-oriented role, hold a valid driving license (category B or D), and possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
