Customer Service Specialist
Job Description
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services, providing accurate and timely information
• Process orders, manage transactions, and handle cancellations, returns, or exchanges
• Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory outcome
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting related to products and services
• Collect and record customer feedback to support continuous improvement
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues in CRM systems
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention
• Conduct proactive communication with customers regarding new products, updates, or services
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and preparation of offers
