Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive, detail oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Head Office operations. The role operates in close proximity to senior leadership and requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with absolute integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling priorities for senior executives
- Preparing meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up action trackers on behalf of senior leadership
- Acting as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment on prioritization and escalation
- Coordinating logistics for business travel, off-site meetings, and corporate events
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent qualification
- Prior experience of at least 3 years in an executive support role
- Strong written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
