Key Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office Department
• Lead, motivate, and support the front office team to ensure exceptional guest service
• Manage check in, check out, reservations, and guest relations procedures
• Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional and efficient manner
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are consistently maintained
• Monitor departmental performance and prepare operational reports as required
• Coordinate effectively with Housekeeping, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments
• Train, evaluate, and develop front office personnel
Candidate Profile
• Previous experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager within a hotel environment
• Strong knowledge of front office operations and guest service standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Fluent in both Greek and English
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems will be considered an advantage
