As a Waiter/Waitress A', you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will deliver attentive, professional, and personalized service, reflecting the high standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality will help ensure that every guest enjoys an outstanding meal from start to finish.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve dishes in a timely manner
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections to provide recommendations
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and organization in line with 5-star service standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly, maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety regulations
- Support team members and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment

Who We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills with a warm, approachable personality
- A passion for hospitality and guest service
- A team spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Fluency in English is essential, knowledge of Greek or other languages (such as German or French) is highly desirable.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a luxury resort or fine dining environment is an advantage
