H Hotels Collection is seeking a motivated Sales Agent – E-Commerce & Distribution to join our Corporate Commercial team based at Titania Hotel Athens.

In this role, you will support the day-to-day management of our online distribution channels, commercial agreements and partner relationships, helping maximize the performance of an assigned portfolio of hotels.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate online distribution across OTAs, bedbanks, wholesalers and other distribution partners.
• Support the implementation of commercial agreements, rates and promotions.
• Monitor content, availability and connectivity across online channels.
• Maintain commercial documentation and partner communication.
• Prepare performance reports and assist with commercial analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Reservations, Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.

What You'll Bring

• Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or a related field.
• Experience in hotel sales, reservations, revenue, e-commerce or distribution.
• Good understanding of hotel distribution channels and online travel platforms.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent command of English.
