Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor

ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of a global leading company operating in Packaging industry, is in search of a Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor.

📌 Location: Thessaloniki

🖋️You will be reporting to: Plant Manager

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Supervisor, you will oversee daily logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, timely deliveries, and continuous process improvement.

What you will do:

• Management of import/export documentation and customs clearance (incl. EUR1 certificates)
• Coordination with customs agents and domestic hauliers
• Negotiation and management of transport and external warehouse contracts
• Issuing dispatch documentation
• Oversight of Finished Goods, T/P, Components and Raw Materials warehouses (incl. external facilities)
• Daily dispatch planning and inbound deliveries coordination
• Inventory control (monthly & annual counts)
• Product traceability and stock optimization (incl. slow-moving actions)
• Production and materials planning (daily / weekly / monthly)
• Intragroup supply chain coordination (T/P, MPC, Components)
• Work orders management and system closing (HRP)
• PSI monitoring and alignment with Sales priorities
• Participation in AOP & IBP processes
• Management of key material orders (copper wire, packaging materials, Side Stripe, etc.)
• Supplier follow-up on deliveries and returns
• Contract negotiations and cost control initiatives
• Team supervision (FLT drivers, temporary staff, outsourced services)

What we are looking for:

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Production & Industrial Management Engineering, MBA, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics operations with previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Proficiency in drafting and communicating effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Proficiency in using computer applications – MS Office, ERP systems
• Solid understanding of inventory management and Logistics processes, target oriented, organized, problem solving skills, team player, priorities and tasks management within deadlines
• Travel or work mobility abroad
