Head Waiter / Waitress

4* Hotel in Sivota is currently seeking to recruit professionals in the following positions: Head Waiter / Waitress.

Responsibilities:

• Offering upscaled customer service
• Guide guests to allocated tables, assist with menus preferences and food and wine choices
• Place orders, excellent knowledge of the Menu
• To comply to hygiene and health and safety regulations
• Ensure that the working area is always clean and tidy according to Health & Safety standards

Requirements:

• At leat 2 years’ experience at relevant role, preferably in Luxury Boutique Hotel
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Working knowledge of job’s standards
• Excellent customer service skills as well as communication skills
• Pleasant personality, well-presented and professional appearance, customer oriented
